As part of the rivers & moorland festival Emergency Exit Arts
are offering up to 10 Community Producer Traineeships to develop the festival and learn about putting on events

The successful candidates will take part in a training scheme run by EEA, applying their new skills assisting with the planning and development of the inaugural Rivers & Moorland Festival

What will I do?

As one of the Community Producers you will participate in the live & online training scheme run by EEA. During the training you will learn about:

  • What makes a good community event

  • Different marketing methods to attract audiences

  • How to ensure the event is safe and assess the risks

  • Fundraising and managing a successful budget

  • Ways to evaluate effectiveness

  • Networking

  • Helping run the festival happening 5-7 June 2026

We are open to all applicants over 18, with particular interest in those who are keen to learn about putting on events in or around Dartmoor

will be holding an open information session via Zoom

an opportunity to meet with us to hear a little more about the project and ask any questions you have
